Ingredients

    1/2 lb. whole wheat pasta (spaghetti, bow ties or other), cooked, drained, do not rinse
    3 chicken breast, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbps. fresh basil, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 cup sun dried tomates, sliced
    15 Kalamata olives, pitted & sliced
    13.75 oz. can artichoke hearts in water, quartered & drained
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    2 Tbsp. pesto
    4 oz. feta cheese

Directions

Makes about 8 1-1/2 cup servings.
Saute chicken strips in olive oil & garlic.
While chicken is cooking, cook pasta according to directions.
Add all "veggies" to chicken and then oregano & basil.
Saute until heated through
Add pesto, then stir in drained pasta.
Stir in crumbled feta. Serve when feta cheese melts.
