Seven tablespoons (T) of cinnamon is definitely overkill; I'm wondering whether AUDMKAMP meant teaspoons (t). I added almonds, raisins, and a soupçon of maple syrup. I would experiment with using more coconut milk and less water, if that didn't involve so many calories and fat grams.
