Great as posted. Did sub no salt lemon pepper.
Replace sour cream with non-fat plain Greek yogurt
I used nonfat, plain yogurt in lieu of the sour cream...and I also added 2 tbl. of chopped, fresh parsley. It was incredible.
Didn't have everything so I only used one Tbsp. sour cream, and I used the juice of half a lime. Flavor was great and I'd make it this way again! PLENTY of cumin & pepper - salt wasn't needed at all. Total recipe made 300g hummus so 1 svg is 37.5g if it's 8 svgs. I made it 6. :)
I love it, I did not have sour cream, so I used plain fat free yogurt, still really good. I may try lime juice next time and different spices just to have change it up some, Great!
YUM! Will definitely make this again. I used 1 cup of dried garbanzo beans and soaked them over night, cooked them and used the entire amount (just over 2 cups). I had to add a little more plain yogurt (subbed for sour crm) but it was delish. Make sure you add the salt - mine needed some at serving.
I left out the olive oil and it was really good. Cuts down on the calories as well. Good recipe and easy!
I love it. I skipped the lemon juice and used low fat sour cream. I used Mrs. Dash instead of pepper and salt and well my son loves it. I love the fact I can control the kick to the hummus. I love hummus but the kick or the bite got to me after a while. I will be making this again. Thank you
I used 2 lemons and added 1 half tlbs. of sesame seed oil!
It came out awesome! I also used only a pinch of Kosher salt, no pepper and about 1/4 tsp. of ground cumin.
This hummus has a great texture to it. Make sure to add an extra dash of salt and half tsp of garlic to enhance the flavor. Yum!
I made this with Fat Free Yogurt instead and it was great. I didn't have any cumin but it was still good.
I used plain, low-fat yogurt instead of the low-fat sour cream and it was AWESOME! I was looking for a hummus that I would want to eat all the time and now I've found it!
