Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I'd like to try this... I'll check the nutritional value if fresh pasta sheets are exchanged for the wrappers
The filling was DELICIOUS, but since this was my first experience with won tons I had some difficulty sealing them. It became very time consuming. So I just got creative and made a "lasagne" out of everything in the recipe and fat free mozzerella. Next time I'll prepare a day ahead!
Also works with lean ground beef inside ravioli, drop into low-sodium turkey or chicken broth for a "won-ton" soup that's delicious. Add a little parsley to broth.
