Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I have tried this recipe before but didn't like it with mayo. I use fat-free cream cheese and add lots of green onions along with some soy sauce and garlic to taste. I use imitation crab meat and keep it in the freezer.. it's so easy to grab some and defrost. It is delicious and much healthier!
I used to make crab rangoon at home all the time, but the mess of frying turned me off to it. I took my normal filling recipe (same as this one minus the mayo) and added white pepper to taste for spice. To keep the edges together, I brush just the edges with melted unsalted butter. Yummy!
anyone have any suggestions as to how to make it less sodium. 198.9mg seems quite high for JUST one.
These are pretty good. They need a bit more flavor, maybe some more mayo and a tad bit of sugar. I really like the texture of the won ton wrappers when they are baked. Yum!
