I recalculated calories using Duke's Mayo (sugar free, but not fat free) and full-fat Philly Cream Cheese, and it's 80 calories a serving.
Made these tonight as a side for a chicken lo mein. Came out good and really easy to make. Only thing was that the filling came out a little saltier than expected. Nothing awful but different. Will add a teaspoon or so of sugar next time.
I have a question.. Since I do not like the taste of Miracle whip and want to use mayo instead..is it going to still be the same calorie count, if not..what is the calorie count with mayo instead of miracle whip ?
I love crab rangoons so I look forward to trying this recipe.
