Ingredients

    24 won ton wrappers
    4 oz. low fat cream cheese (1/2 package)
    1 can flaked white crab meat
    1/2 c. miracle whip
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced

Directions

Mix cream cheese, crab, miracle whip and onions.
Put wrappers in mini-muffin pans, and fill with crab mixture. Or use 12 won ton wrappers in regular muffin pans.

Bake 350 for 18 - 20 mins.

    I recalculated calories using Duke's Mayo (sugar free, but not fat free) and full-fat Philly Cream Cheese, and it's 80 calories a serving. - 10/28/11

  • Made these tonight as a side for a chicken lo mein. Came out good and really easy to make. Only thing was that the filling came out a little saltier than expected. Nothing awful but different. Will add a teaspoon or so of sugar next time. - 1/23/11
