Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The jell-o sugar free 10 calorie has zero carbs, use 1 carb cool whip and philly cream cheese (reg) has 1 carb per serve, so i suppose it depends on what is consitiuted as a "serve" to get the carb count, so maybe the carb count should be 1.
Used light cream cheese--tasted fantastic. PLEASE address the carb count so we stay within goal.
I made this dessert earlier this week. I don't think the carbs are accurate. It could be just me, but in Sugar Free Jello-O alone, there are more carbs than this. The cream cheese has none, but all of the Cool Whips, from sugar-free to extra creamy have at least 2 grams of carbs per serving?
im going to make this, but make sure u note, sugar free jello is 3.5 carbs per 1 small 4 serving box...according to dr atkins
I ran across this recipe while searching the low card section and SO glad that I did! I immediately got up and made some for later today and tasted it. WOW. I think I've found my new favorite low-carb/diabetic dessert!
