This also works with chicken carcass, as that is what I had. I (personal preference) sub with Stevia instead of sugar, and added a bit of no sodium chix stock (organic) that I had, also wheat noodles. I used what I had on hand. This is a really good comfort soup. It also freezes well I portioned out
