Simple Vanilla Almond Granola
Homemade granola with a touch of vanilla. I add a lot of almonds to my granola because I LOVE roasted almonds, but almonds are also full of great fats and help to fill in the morning. If preferred, add only 3/4 cup of almonds to decrease calorie count to 105 calories per 2 tbs serving.
