Introduction

Ingredients

6 cups Gluten Free Organic Extra Thick Rolled Oats
2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
2 cup, halves Pecans
1 cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
8 tbsp Organic Valley Organic Cultured Butter
Zest 1 Oarange
1/3 cup Orange Juice, hand squeezed
2/3 cup Organic Very Dark Maple Syrup (Grade B)
2 tbsp Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Mix all ingredients in order EXCEPT save 1/4 cup of the maple syrup for later!!!
3. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and spread your granola mixture evenly between the two.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, then switch trays on racks to cook evenly.
5. Bake for another 30 minutes.
6. Turn heat as low as you can for another 30 minutes.
7. Drizzle each sheet with 2 tbsp of maple syrup and mix well.
8. Continue to dry out the granola until it is crunchy, probably another 30 minutes with the oven temp set as low as possible (I even crack the door just a bit).
9. Enjoy!
