I did a double-take when I saw the fat amount so I'd probably use a prepared cocoa - Swiss Miss no-sugar-added - and maybe a dollop of low-fat half/half and some peppermint extract or peppermint mocha cream (a jigger-full)
I love the idea of Peppermint Cocoa, but 620 calories with 66.5 g of fat per 8 oz serving is waaay too high for me. I substituted unsweetened Chocolate Almond Breeze sweetened with Truvia and it was great!!! Thanks for the reply and for the recipe.
