Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was good. My family liked it and I will definitely use this recipe. My 12 year old daughter even liked. Since she doesn't like breakfast, I will be using this recipe to help her get some nutrition before school.
This is similar to my fav. I use less of OJ,strawberries and yogurt, but also add a few blueberries and raspberries. The berries are all frozen. Makes 2 servings. My next step will be to try with some protein powder.
I love smoothies, & this is a good basic recipe. I always use frozen bananas & fruit if I can because I like my smoothies cold. If they aren't frozen, I usually add some ice. Also, I like to throw in a handful of blueberries cause they're so nutritious, as well as protein powder.
