I added a tbsp of whey powder for a little protein burst. This is similar to a smoothie recipe from the Abs Diet. Yummy!
Tasty! I used low fat yogurt, a whole banana and added a splash of orange juice!
We have made this often, but leaving out the honey and using low-fat yogurt. Exchange fuit according to mood - blueberries are good.
