Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This recipe was also passed down in my family only we add pepper to taste. It tastes out of this world but the calories, cholesterol, etc. is TERRIBLE! That is why we don't make it very often and when we do I call it Heart-attack Special!
I used skim milk, and turkey sausage. That helped a bit with the calorie count. Very helpful recipe, thank you!
Sounds great I am going to make this for dinner tonight but I am going to use fat-free milk
The calories are quite high on this.
I have made this twice now and both time my family has eaten every last bite. Gravy is nice and thick and tastes wonderful! I make home-made biscuits so the calories are less.
