Okay, this sounds great but I think it needs a little tweaking for it to be healthier.I am thinking of using turkey sausage, and cut the olive oil in half omitting one full tablespoon.This will lower the fat and calories and still allow for the great flavor.Congrats on making the RR magazine!!!
