The taste is good, the texture is difficult. Because blended vegetables (esp. onions) add so much moisture, the mixture becomes hard to handle. Drain the chopped vegetables well, even though this steals vitamins. Not good for boiling in spaghetti sauce, but they bake and fry well - great for frikade
