Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This sounds amazing but way high in calories. Any suggestion on how to lower the calories or could I add something to make enough for 2 servings without add a lot of calories. Also what could I do to lower te sodium?
good and sub the sugar with honey
Served soba noodles on the side so everyone could take what they wanted. Also let everyone add their own soy sauce as I have to watch my salt intake. Delicious.
I really liked this dish and am amazed at how low the calories are! I substituted shredded baby bok chok for the red cabbage, and that worked out just fine. Love Soba noodles, since they're gluten free!
VERY Good, SIMPLE recipe! I really loved this. And I easily made 4 servings. The other reviews are right... It is a BIG serving for relatively few calories! I used King Soba brown rice noodles and they were SO yummy!
This was amazing. I can't believe how much FOOD there is for this many calories--very filling and nutritious. The sauce is sooo good. Will definitely make again!
