Looks good, but the protein is way off. Must be an error in entering the ingredients into the calculator.
the nutritional display is wrong. i re typed the ingredients into the calculator and got the protein as 2.7. i'm guessing the author accidentally typed in a dozen eggs or something
Where does all the protein come from? Seems high at 41 g per serving.
