Refreshing fall dessert. Followed directions, substituting Splenda Brown sugar---same calories but twice as sweet, and used 1/2 tsp powdered ginger because I had no fresh.
I halved the recipe topping and added I teaspn Powdered ginger Used 4 ripe pears in the base. I teaspoon of Lemon juice Sprinkled to keep fruit from browning,Fresh ginger grated, No sugar or flour. Microwaved for 10 minutes Dh and I loved it. Much fewer calories
