fantastic I added some almonds and chicken to give it some protein and crunch
I replaced orange juice with lemon juice (personal preference) and added pine nuts for extra protein! Yum! :-)
Sounds great!!! I love pears in salads...maybe some walnuts would add protein and make it a great lunch!
