Healthy Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
I really wanted to make peanut butter cookies but I didn't want to use the traditional recipe found on the back of a peanut butter jar. Instead I decided to come up with a healthy alternative. I would add chocolate chips, carob chips, more honey, or brown sugar if you like your cookies a little sweeter. They taste really yummy either way. Enjoy.
