Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Little dry .. don't know how to fix that. I used the calculator and for 14 cookies it was 20 calories and 0.64 grams carbohydrates per cookie
Haven't made them yet but read all the comments. To those asking about the calories in the Peanut butter:
1 cup = 16 TBS Look on your nut butter jar to see how many calories is in 1 TBS then multiply by 16
Love them but kind of confused on the carb count. Recipe says it makes 16 servings and stats are per 1 serving. But how many cookies are in a serving? My recipe makes more than 16 total, so not sure.
My Dad's on a high protien, low carb diet, so I made these for him. His favorite thing ever is peanut butter. The best part is that I already had all the ingrediants. Recipies that only require four or five ingrediants are very welcome! They came out a bit gooey, but they are otherwise great!
I had my doubts since this was my first sugar-free recipe, but these peanut butter cookies were delicious, and so easy to make! They were delicately light, but didn't fall apart at all. I used chunky peanut butter, and everyone loved them. Wonderful!
I love these cookies I use Ideal sweetener in brown sugar flavor Yum
Made these today, they were a huge hit. I used 1/2 cup Splenda sugar and 1/2 cup spends brown sugar. I was winging it on the peanut butter amount I'm guessing it was a little more than I cup but it worked out beautifully. I did not have any issue with cookies falling apart. Great recipe!
My god these cookies came out horrible. I am not sure if it was because I used all natural peanut butter or maybe I didn't use enough sugar because these came out horrible. I ended up trashing the rest after one cookie.
2.1 carb per cookie
OMG this is soooo good! I love these cookies on my low carb diet! Thanx!! :)
These are great. I used sugar free peanut butter and it worked fine.
Would this recipe work with PB2 instead of peanut butter? Once Pb2 is blended with water it tastes just like the real thing, with 1/4 of the calories and very little fat. I looove peanut butter cookies and a less guilty version would be awesome!
If you use Egg Beaters or something similar, the numbers are even better....as far as carbs, it depends on which PB you use, and also how big your cookies are. So you just need to calculalte what you used and then figure out the count based on the # cookies you made.
WHAT ARE THE REAL CARB COUNT IN THE COOKIES/? there is 2 recipes for this peanut butter cookies one with 6 carbs and the other with 3.0 same ingred. DOES ANYBODY KNOW
Very good considering there is no flour or sugar in the recipe. Recipe was good with creamy as well as chuny pb. My kids loved them!
The absolute BEST low carb quick snack I have ever fou nd! Thank you!
This definitely hit the spot with sweet cravings. Also you can use half splenda and half brown sugar (I used Twin) they are really good.
I love these cookies. I have been making them for years. They are a wonderful low carb staple, and even pass for induction.
These cookies are GREAT! Perfect for those times when you need something sweet (and low-carb)!
