Tangy Radish Salad
Think you don't like radishes? Think again! I picked this easy salad up while living in Ecuador. So quick, yet such a spunky taste to add to any meal- I especially like it with rice dishes. Plus it looks beautiful on the plate. You could easily add in other veggies, cucumber or a little avocado would be DIVINE!
