Healthy salad using white, black or red radish Healthy salad using white, black or red radish
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Radish - Long white Root or 2 short (Chinese shop)
    or 3 x Large Black round
    or a Bunch of reds.
    Lemon juice, salt and pepper
    Half a bunch of Parsley
    Garlic cloves
    1 Dash Olive oil

Tips

Serve with German rye bread and butter or eat with roast beef.


Directions

Raw salad
Wash radish and slice very thinly with a slicer or cucumber grater'
Salt and stand in a colander for 20 minutes to drain natural juices.
Add
garlic and pepper
chopped parsley
Squeezed lemon juice
pour over olive oil
Mix
