I enjoy making Chicken Cordon Bleu, however I don't use Shake n Bake. It contains too, much sodium. I prefer to make my own. I also use the thin slice of Swiss Cheese. Submitted by:

I used real cheese (gruyere) rather than processed, panko rather than Shake'n'Bake, and prosciutto ham. The calorie count doesn't change much and it tastes like the real thing. Sometimes the "light" version isn't worth it. Submitted by:

My husband and I really liked it. I used the garlic and herb cheese as suggested but I used Panko bread crumbs instead of the Shake and Bake because of personal preference. I don't like Shake and Bake. I calculated 236 calories per serving with the Panko. Submitted by:

We love this recipe the chicken turned so nice and crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside I didn't have any shake n bake so I used crushed saltless soda crackers and added some garlic and paprika for seasoning this was to die for thank you for sharing Submitted by:

Fancied change from low fat ready meals so gave this a try. WOW it was amazing - I'd fortgotten what real food tastes like, and so much more satisfying! I'll be making this again and again.
