Nutrition & Calorie Comments

These look good but the sodium is quite high.
This was super easy and delicious. I used Japanese bread crumb to cut down on the sodium. I added some lemon pepper to make up for the missing taste of the shake and bake.
I eat low carb and so crush pork rinds instead shake n bake.
Made this a couple nights ago and it was a huge hit!!! Even my boyfriend who hates anything low calorie said it was delicious.
Yummy! Thanks for the tip for reducing the sodium count!
In a pinch I had to up the calorie count by using thin sliced baby swiss cheese. I also used a homemade Shake and Bake recipe. This was really good. I'll make it again.
must lower the sodium for me!
I enjoy making Chicken Cordon Bleu, however I don't use Shake n Bake. It contains too, much sodium. I prefer to make my own. I also use the thin slice of Swiss Cheese.
I made this without the shake and bake. Just seasoned the outside with Italian seasoning. A few less calories and no carbs.
I used real cheese (gruyere) rather than processed, panko rather than Shake'n'Bake, and prosciutto ham. The calorie count doesn't change much and it tastes like the real thing. Sometimes the "light" version isn't worth it.
