We love this recipe the chicken turned so nice and crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside I didn't have any shake n bake so I used crushed saltless soda crackers and added some garlic and paprika for seasoning this was to die for thank you for sharing Submitted by:

Fancied change from low fat ready meals so gave this a try. WOW it was amazing - I'd fortgotten what real food tastes like, and so much more satisfying! I'll be making this again and again. I thought I created this recipe last night and I was going to share it. This is good. I used fat free cheese slice (it's all I had). I added gravy, but mine only adds a few calories per serving. I use the envelope/package chicken gravy. 20 calories per .25 cup serving! Submitted by:
