I added brocolli, and cumin for spice. I put cheese on top, and still had to add lots of salt and pepper.
I love this and my mom made it more fattening by adding crushed potato chips on top-you can use lowfat butter mixed with potato flakes instead and makes a good substitute and whole wheat noodles and lowfat soup too and that would cut down on fat and calories
