Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The numbers are way off. I figured on individual ingredients. It wasn't bad, but making with a medium potato it's way to much carbs for for one setting.
Tasty, filling &easy, BUT calorie count is too low - 1/2 of lg naked baked russet potato=139 calories. Suggsted toppings NOT healthy. Better when potatoes are cooked in a tiny amount of butter/olive oil until a bit brown & crusty. I topped mine with a chopped roma tomato/picodegallo
