I've been doing something like this for years, but I add salt to the mushrooms as they cook in order to draw water out of them, then drain them. I also make my own crust, so bake it for a few minutes before loading the pizza. I cannot abide soggy pizza. Submitted by:

I replaced the anchovies with low sodium olives,still the same salty kick.And instead of leeks baby spinach.Love this pizza on days when I have lower calorie intake. Submitted by:
