Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I substituted anchovies with Malaysian anchovies which are slightly less salty and more tasty. And it was delicious!
I use a grain-free pizza crust with this (cauliflower). It significantly lowers the carbs and is amazingly good.
I've been doing something like this for years, but I add salt to the mushrooms as they cook in order to draw water out of them, then drain them. I also make my own crust, so bake it for a few minutes before loading the pizza. I cannot abide soggy pizza.
I replaced the anchovies with low sodium olives, still the same salty kick. And instead of leeks baby spinach.Love this pizza on days when I have lower calorie intake.
The toppings look great! I will try it. But so many calories come from that crust -- I will find a lower calorie crust alternative.
