I have tried this 2 years ago and had problems with it. Ironically, experience is the best teacher and I am enjoying recipe. I do use unbleached flour and reduced sodium in salt and baking powder
great tortillias, even better being low fat...will make again
My husband and I made these tortillas to go along with the new beef fajitas recipe that we were trying. These made pretty good tortillas, and I was surprised how flexible they were. The only thing I would do different is add more salt next time for more flavor. I would definitely make these agian!
