making this one this afternoon! I made these and upon looking at the recipe it is crap. Ingredient list does not match instructions; egg beaters vs beat in the eggs; margarine vs. cream butter and sugar.
Used the sugar substitute
For those of us who don't choose to observe Easter/Ishtar bunnies & fertility symbols - this still looks like a decent sugar cookie recipe to use making other cookie shapes!!
