You can cook the oatmeal in the microwave. Soak it with milk overnight. Watch out for the sugar levels with the jam. Submitted by:

I use PB2 peanut butter (2TBSP.- 45 calories), Target carries this product and sugar free jam instead to save calories. Submitted by:
