I loved this! I did add some spinach and extra mushrooms though. :) One problem I found is that the crust calories somehow came out wrong. One sixth of a Boboli crust is 180 calories by itself..Great recipe anyway though!
As a younger person who has just started carb watching/dieting and learning to cook for herself, this was PERFECT! I can't wait to make different kinds...
I loved this! My fiancé and I found a new love for artichokes and just had to try this! It was amazing, fit in perfectly with my calorie counts for the day! I added a little of the garlic salt to the outer crust. I love garlic bread! Definitely going to make this again!
Great Pizza. My girlfriend and I used a large Whole Wheat Boboli crust and made the servings 4 instead of 6. Next time I think I'd use more garlic on the pizza and olive oil instead of butter. This would also be a great pizza with some goat cheese mixed in with the fat free mozerrella.
