Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

If I were to make this recipe again, I would definitely add additional seasonings to the filling. I did add garlic salt and onion powder, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make this dish as flavorful as I had hoped.
Just one note - I had to nearly double the filling to stuff 18 shells so perhaps the calories may be a little off. I also subsituted skim ricotta for half of the cottage cheese and it was delicious.
