As a person who doesn't like spinach or cabbage, this dish is actually quite awesome. I substituted spinach for baby spinach and I also seasoned the chicken with lemon pepper when cooking to give it some extra flavor without the calories. Don't let "low carb" tortilla deter you, they're awesome!
I loved this- I have used low carb tortilla - only 50 calories which helped.
This is a great tasting light lunch!! I added red pepper flakes to the chicken and used low fat itlanian dressing instead of the asian sesame dressing.
