This is a great tasting light lunch!! I added red pepper flakes to the chicken and used low fat itlanian dressing instead of the asian sesame dressing. - 5/29/09

    Incredible!
As a person who doesn't like spinach or cabbage, this dish is actually quite awesome. I substituted spinach for baby spinach and I also seasoned the chicken with lemon pepper when cooking to give it some extra flavor without the calories. Don't let "low carb" tortilla deter you, they're awesome! - 12/13/12

    Very Good
These are pretty good, and definitely very handy to make for lunch. I love that they can be frozen and thawed for later. I prefer to make this recipe without the almonds. - 1/10/11
