I made a variation of this. It was a pork tenderloin in the slow cooker with 1 can of low sodium chicken broth and Carb Options (South Beach) Onion Soup Mix. Set it for 6 hours and it was wonderful. My family enjoyed it even as left over's it was juicy. I would make this again.
