this is so easy and fast! and yummy too. i made for lunch
and saved some for dinner. since i dont have much time to cook between work and school, it saves plenty of time. i add some extra frozen veggies to give it more nutritional value.
Haha...this is a total college student favorite! I feel kind of guilty just eating Easy Mac alone since it is not a balanced meal, but getting some veggies and protein bumps up the value! This is a nice, warm meal after a long day of classes when I don't have time to prepare a meal from scratch.
