Interesting, but too much sodium to start the day
I made this today with chicken sausage and nonfat cheese, which brought the total fat down. I also added vegetables- peppers, onions, tomatoes, and spinach. The whole family loved this recipe. I also like that we have leftovers for breakfast this week!
Tried this recipe this morning....easy, quick, and very good! I have made a similar recipe to this called "Overnight Christmas Casserole" and this was a lot like that....didn't miss the extra fat and calories at all! Easy to cut into portion sizes to take and heat at work....Will fix again!
I made this with a few variations to make it lower calories and larger portion sizes. I used 4 turkey sausage patties, 8 pieces of bacon and egg beaters in the place of the eggs. Making it this way has six servings instead of 12 and a whopping 278 calories!! It tastes great and suggest that you t
