I think it tastes great, and for what it's used for, works great. I need to lose vs building, so it's not the best for me personally, but would be great for someone focusing on building muscle.

Also, many people eat raw eggs, especially people wanting quick protein intake, it's not uncommon.
ahhh! 600 cal in ONE SMOOTHIE???? 87 grams of carbs...with ONLY 7 grams of fiber! who cares about the 40 grams of protein...this is a recipe for DISASTER!!!
