Introduction

This shake is meant to be drank as an entire meal, and will fill you up as a meal should. It is most effective as a meal after a large weight routine. I first found this recipe 3 times larger than this and cut it down to this so that instead of only having a shake for an entire day I can drink it for one meal, most often dinner. Very Good
I think it tastes great, and for what it's used for, works great. I need to lose vs building, so it's not the best for me personally, but would be great for someone focusing on building muscle.

Also, many people eat raw eggs, especially people wanting quick protein intake, it's not uncommon.
