Thanks for this simple recipe! I also used pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar.
I keep trying to like pumpkin every fall season and this may have won me over. I used lite vanilla soy milk instead of regular, used 1 tbsp of pumpkin pie seasonings instead of just cinnamon, added 4 ice cubes and slurged with a couple Tbsp brown sugar because I had extra calories to spare today.
