Grass Fed Beef with broccoli and cashew stir fry-Performance
Saute beef (grass fed) in a pan with 1/2 of the seasoning in coconut oil. In a wok or steam jacket kettle, stir fry broccoli with spice in olive oil. Add water to broccoli, if needed, to help steam broccoli and to avoid burning. Mix beef into broccoli and top with cashews
