Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I am not a fan of a lot of onion and this recipe seemed VERY onion-heavy. I know I could have adjusted the onion, but I wanted to try the recipe as it was. If I ever make it again, I would take out the onion completely, or add onion salt. Other than that, it was ok.
I just made this for lunch and to freeze/fridge the leftovers. It was very delicous and easy to prepare. The celery and onions make it savory and taste really hearty and slow cooked. I used a big can of tuna, so mine was a little higher in calories, but I think next time I might use less cheese.
