Perfect way to "hide" vegetables! I used brown sugar and made my own applesauce for the first time! Added to favorites!
Thank you for this great recipe!!! I only changed one thing: I replaced the sugar with honey. It tastes wonderful! I brought the muffins to work yesterday and everybody loved them (two colleagues asked for the recipe). I will making them again!
