I made these to go with dinner on Halloween when my parents and grandfather were coming over. They loved them. My husband and I didnt care for them- But we are not big fans of pumpkin pie either.
Funny, I had made these this weekend to bring to a potluck lunch. I added a tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice to add to the batter and they came out great in cupcake forms. I frosted them with homemade sugar free cream cheese frosting. Even kids chose them over the chocolate cakes there!
