Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I changed a few things. Instead of Plain Fat Free yogurt, I used the Stonyfield Farms F.F. French Vanilla yogurt. Additionally, I used regular oats and instead of Fiber One I used ground flax seed and white choc chips instead of milk choc. It was AWESOME!! Hope you like these new ideas.
