Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this recipe with the following subsitutions: I used raisins instead of choc chips, br sugar splenda, and less salt. It was very good! Next time I am going to sub in unsweetened applesauce for the evoo :)
This looks good and I will try it. My question is this: can you substitute applesauce for the oil, and if so, what are the proportions? Someone suggested substituting applesauce for the egg, but the real calories come from the oil. Anyone know?
This recipe loos good however the nutritional info says it has 0 suguar which has to be inaccurate as the recipe calls for brown sugar and choc chips.
I used skim milk instead of 2% because that is all I had. I also cut the sugar in half since I don't like my muffins overly sweet. They were really good but a little salty - think I'll leave the salt out next time.
Excellent choice. I also added vanilla whey powder, to add extra protein. My entire family loved them, and they didn't even know they were healthy!!!
