Nutrition & Calorie Comments

My whole family likes this! It is awesome on greek yogurt. I figured out that 1 tbsp = 28 calories. I used 2 tbsp in a 4 oz Oikos yogurt for a total of 146 calories.
I used the basic recipe instructions but added 1/3 cup peanut butter a little brown sugar. Yummy!
I made this today and it tastes really good. I omitted the salt though. My husband has high blood pressure and doesn't need in his food. It also tastes better without it.
lowfat and low sugar ? works for me!!
