Made using %100 sugar substitute, sprinkle of cinnamon did not have butter milk powder used 2 tsp skim milk.... looks great, tastes good.
Made using 1/2 C Sugar subsitute,1Tbs cinnamon, 1 C. self rising flour, didn't have buttermilk blend,,, we'll see?
I made this with whole white wheat flour, whole wheat flour, sprinkle of cinnamon, 2 whole eggs, & 2 egg whites. A tiny bit dry but very good flavor, still tasted sweet, and no oils or fats used (besides the egg). I'm impressed! Thank you! :) I will make this again!
